Originally from Nassau, Bahamas, J. Rex Messam now proudly calls the Turks and Caicos Islands his home. He began his career in hospitality, spending 19 years at Paradise Island Resorts and Casino, where he excelled in roles culminating as Food and Beverage Manager.

In 1992, Rex brought his expertise to Providenciales, Turks and Caicos, taking on management roles at renowned resorts such as Grace Bay Club and Royal Bay Resorts and Villas. Later, he transitioned to real estate, joining Turks and Caicos’ first and most established brokerage—Prestigious Properties Ltd.—now part of the global Engel & Völkers network.

With years of experience and a deep understanding of the local market, Rex has helped countless clients find their dream properties in the Turks and Caicos Islands, earning a reputation as a trusted advisor in luxury real estate.
